加拿大公民申請流程之二: 如何申請

加拿大入籍及移民部網址http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/index.asp

一但自行核對，確認符合申請資格後，下一個步驟就是提出申請。

如何提出申請?

一. 取得表格(來源)Obtain an application package:

5. Fees Receipt
   You have two options to obtain a fees receipt:
    
   1. Pay your fees online.
   2. Pay your fees at a financial institution in Canada
      You will need an original fee receipt.

4. Fees Receipt
   You have two options to obtain a fees receipt:
   1. Pay your fees online.
   2. Pay your fees at a financial institution in Canada
      You will need an original fee receipt.

      C. 到各地中僑互助會索取(要先打電話問問是否目前有表格提供)

二. 閱讀填表說明instruction guide

三. 填申請表並附上相關必須文件(如一家庭內同時有幾個人一起申請，每人需各自填寫一份表格)Complete the application form and attach the necessary documents

四. 付公民申請費並取得正式收據Pay the fee and get the necessary receipt.

       一定要用指定的繳費收據表格（每一張都有特定編號），到銀行交費(要有收據表格)或上網交(不須先有表格，但一定要有印表機，方能繳費完成時印出收據)，成人每位所交費用中包括手續費（不可退回）及入籍權利費(Right of Citizenship Fee)，如申請不獲批准，入籍權利費是可申請退回。兒童入籍申請只須要繳付手續費。交費後，銀行將交回二張收條給你，一張是用作你的收據，而另一張則要隨你的入籍申請表，一同附上。

五. 寄出申請表、申請費收據及所有相關文件Mail the fully completed application form and documents.
    最好以掛號registered mail寄出，便於追蹤。一般信件雖然郵資便宜，但寄丟了就無從查對起。
